CoccoleBimbi celebrated its thirtieth anniversary with a unique and nostalgic photo shoot. Cesare Morisco, art director and CEO, conceived a photo session that paid homage to CoccoleBimbi's past and its iconic brands, intertwining history and modernity in a mix of emotions and timeless style.

30 Years of Luxury Fashion and Digital Innovation

CoccoleBimbi celebrates 30 years of activity, a great milestone for a small shop in Rutigliano born from the dream of Isabella Saponaro. The entrepreneur was able to translate her great passion for luxury clothing and the world of children by opening her store in 1989 in Rutigliano, in the province of Bari.
Twenty years later, the baton passed to her two sons, Sabino and Cesare, who transformed their passion for children's fashion and the knowledge passed down from their mother into a true digital business.
Thus, in 2019 CoccoleBimbi became one of the largest and most recognized kidswear e-commerce platforms in the world. CoccoleBimbi brings a breath of fresh air to the world of luxury children's fashion, conveying values such as equality, sustainability, and freedom of expression.

To celebrate this milestone, Cesare involved young models in an experience that goes beyond simple fashion photography. The idea was to have the children wear iconic items purchased by long-standing CoccoleBimbi customers in the '90s and 2000s. These garments, which once represented the future of children's fashion, now come back to life in all their glory in a contemporary context.


Among the brands selected for the shoot, many are still an integral part of CoccoleBimbi's brand mix, such as Burberry, Simonetta, and Gucci. However, the true charm was in rediscovering historic brands like Gianfranco Ferrè, Roberto Cavalli, Les Copains, and I Pinco Pallino. These clothes, with their classic lines and refined details, brought back the elegance and creativity of the '90s and 2000s, showcasing the continuity and evolution of aesthetic taste over time.


Creating this shoot was a tribute not only to 30 years of activity but also to all the brands that have contributed to making CoccoleBimbi what it is today. Additionally, the long-standing customers who provided the garments had the opportunity to see their children's childhood memories come to life anew.
